Courtney Taylor, Speaker & DEI Leader
Courtney is a certified HR & DEI professional with a Master's
in African American Studies. She specializes in creating
engaging and impactful conversations about workplace
inclusion, equity, and the rich history of Black resistance. With
experience in delivering workshops for colleges, Employee
Resource Groups (ERGs)/Affinity Groups, corporate
employees, & executives, she aims to inspire actionable
change and foster learning through storytelling and
interactive dialogue.
